All website copy (headings, about info, service descriptions, contact details)
Professional, high-quality images (product photos, team shots, location images - that will make your brand look polished and credible)
Any videos, downloads or other content you want featured
Access or logins for any platforms we’ll integrate (e.g. domain host, email marketing, booking systems)
If you don’t have these ready yet, don’t worry - we’ll guide you through exactly what you need and can recommend trusted graphic designers, photographers etc., if required.

Absolutely. We build user-friendly websites with platforms like Squarespace and Shopify. We’ll provide post-launch guidance for two weeks so you feel confident managing content and updates so you will be able to make your own updates as needed.

What happens when the website is handed over?
When your website is complete and live, you’ll receive two weeks of included post-launch support for questions or small adjustments. Any additional changes, updates or advice after this period will be charged at my standard rate. This ensures you have time to get comfortable while also respecting the value of our time and expertise.

Basic on-page SEO is included in all custom website packages - this means optimising your site’s structure, page titles, image tags and more. For a deeper SEO strategy, we can assist you with a monthly package to suit your needs.

To confirm your project in my schedule, a deposit is usually required upfront (this will be clearly outlined in your quote). Full payment is required before the website is released and goes live. I believe in transparency, so you’ll always know the payment schedule before we begin.
