We’re here to support you throughout the entire process. Together, we'll plan your website’s structure, content and features. You’ll need to provide the text and images before we begin building, but I’ll meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.
If you need recommendations for photographers or would like to use our inhouse copywriter, we’re happy to assist in anyway. We can set up Zoom calls to check in, answer questions, or brainstorm design ideas together.
If you prefer to work independently, that's completely fine too! We’ll provide you with a clear list of everything we’ll need from you, then feel free to reach out via email if anything comes up or you have questions along the way.

What happens when the website is handed over?
When your website is complete and live, you’ll receive two weeks of included post-launch support for questions or small adjustments. Any additional changes, updates or advice after this period will be charged at my standard rate. This ensures you have time to get comfortable while also respecting the value of my time and expertise.

To confirm your project in my schedule, a deposit is usually required upfront (this will be clearly outlined in your quote). Full payment is required before the website is released and goes live. I believe in transparency, so you’ll always know the payment schedule before we begin.
