Your Life Consultancy is the personal practice of Helen Shields, a Mental Health Nurse with 25 years’ experience working with adults, children and families.
Helen began Your Life Consultancy following the passing of her beloved mum. During her mum’s experience with chemotherapy, Helen created her first guided meditation as a source of comfort and support - My Mum’s Meditation.
What began from such a deeply personal place has continued to grow. Today, Your Life Consultancy offers an expanding library of guided meditations, wellbeing resources and supportive services, all created from Helen’s professional experience and genuine desire to help people feel seen, supported and understood.
